Quick News đź“°
Maclean Cop Talks
Over fifty local residents and business owners attended yesterday’s “Catch Up with a Cop” community gathering organised by Maclean District Business Chamber to voice their concerns with police. Coffs-Clarence Police District officers and staff, MP Richie Williamson, NBN television and local community representatives were present to discuss a rise in crime in the region with further talks planned on resolving common issues and CCTV camera installation.

Yamba Wall Sand Shovelers
Community members have cleared excess sand from Yamba’s breakwall footpath for a second time to allow access for walkers, wheelchairs and bikes. The pathway is unmanaged and comes under the jurisdiction of DPI, so through the power of community action access has been temporarily improved for visitors and locals!

Gulmarrad Sign Slashed
Gulmarrad’s large red banner on Brooms Head road was slashed and destroyed last week, in an act of senseless vandalism. Community members are now looking to raise funds for a replacement, with the original previously funded by the local Lions Club.
